- Implementation of integrated systems for the arranging for the management of the entire life cycle of the ICT systems in line with ITIL methodology, including analyses and consultations.
- Management of ICT and services connected thereto by means of the SLA (Service Level Agreement), their integration to corporate processes, and/or proposal of adjustment of the corporate processes according to the ITIL.
- Arranging for the operability of the applied IT infrastructure in such a way that it is able to provide the defined information services.
