Delivered systems mainly cover the following areas: Service Desk, Identity Management, Back-up Solutions, Infrastructure Monitoring, SLA Management, Single Sign-on, and Infrastructure Visualisation.
- Consulting services and the preparation of the proposal for the setting of processes and IS in such a way that they are in line with ITIL standards.
- System for IT life cycle and/or other investments management, covering a comprehensive support of IT project management. The system can be used in areas managing the life cycle of an investment, the procurement of which requires a more comprehensive project regime and/or the operation of which can be optimised by means of a managed SLA.
- Network management systems - comprehensive management and supervision of communication systems.
